Grid reference SJ262455. A few miles west of Wrexham.
45.4 hectares. Northern 28 hectares freehold, 17 hectares near reservoir leasehold (freeholder Dee Valley Water), a small square outlier (Plas uchaf) south of the reservoir.
Purchased 2004-03-24. Outlier and western half were clearfelled by previous owner and are to be replanted winter 2005/2006. The remainder is fairly mature conifer plantation.
Western boundary is on the moor, which is common land. There's a path westwards from the wood across the moor; don't get lost!
